A Power Nap can prove problematic in certain situations.

- People with the problem of insomnia should not take power nap because it can disturb their night’s sleep cycle.
Considerations for power napping
A power nap should never exceed 20 to 30 minutes or else the basic motive of getting back to work is lost and you continue to feel sleepy all the day through.
While a power nap is essentially taken during the middle of the day, any professional having hectic work schedule and is feeling tired can quickly steal a few minutes of sleep to stay fresh for the rest of the day.
Napping in a dark room between 1 to 3 pm can be good for your health. Power napping after 3 pm can interfere with your sleep.
