1. Reducing the time of sitting and reclining
First thing first, its high time, get up and move your body more than usual. Reduce your sitting and reclining timings. Spend more time in standing, running, walking or any other activities that involves physical activities. Once, you stop being lazy, you gradually get on the track towards being more active and dedicated for a health life.
2. Increasing workout sessions
